Toni
Maloney is a marketing strategist with a proven track record of
helping B2B clients successfully reposition themselves, launch new products
and increase their new business batting average.
As president and founder of The Maloney Group, Toni Maloney offers strategic
marketing communications advice to Booz Allen Hamilton and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Other clients have included American Express, AT&T,
Morgan Stanley and Deloitte Consulting.
Toni helps CEOs of private and public companies define and communicate
their vision. She advises Chief Marketing Officers on how to increase
their marketing ROI, frame new product introductions, and generate marketing
ideas. Toni is best known for developing a unique planning methodology:
Inside-Out Marketing® for which her firm holds the trademark. Since
its launch in 1991, all of The Maloney Group's clients have come by referral,
a testament to the quality of the work.
Prior to founding The Maloney Group in 1991, Toni held senior posts at
several leading global firms. At American Express, Toni was a VP
with responsibility for communications from the CEO's office, including
the firm's annual report and quarterly financial communications. As an
Ogilvy & Mather Senior VP, she worked with the CEO to develop
and implement a global communications strategy that heightened the ad
agency's reputation, visibility and won new clients. At McCann-Erickson
Worldwide, again working with the CEO, she helped reposition its worldwide
network as the ultimate resource for multinational advertisers including
Unilever, Nestlé, L'Oréal and Coca-Cola. She also coordinated
an initiative that mobilized 10,000 employees around the world to deliver
repositioning messages locally in more than 150 countries.
Toni has been quoted on marketing topics in The New York Times,
Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine and Advertising
Age.
Toni sits on the Greenwich
House Pottery's Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Executive
Committee of The Business
Council for Peace. She graduated in 1971 from New York University's
